The work is divided into two sections: The Idea of the Capitalist Revolution and The Program of the Capitalist Revolution. Appendix: The Concealment of the Declining Productivity of Labor in our Present Economy. Kelso was a San Francisco lawyer and Adler was well-known for his interest in Thomism, though he never converted to Catholicism. With Preface by Adler, dated February, 1958. The authors collaborated again on The New Capitalists (1961).
